In case of any conflict between Arabic and English texts, the Arabic text prevails. We reserve the right to review the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and the user agrees to comply with any updates without prior notification. No party has the right to quote or reproduce the content of this application or any part of it. The (alharaj) application is a platform for connecting service providers, service seekers, buyers, and sellers. The advertised materials on the application may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors, and we do not guarantee any of the advertised materials. The user is responsible for verifying and ensuring the accuracy of any advertised details. The application reserves the right to make changes to the advertised materials, including, for example, deleting the advertisement from the application. The application also has the right to delete an advertisement if it contains any printing or photographic violations, such as violations of public morals or laws of the State of Kuwait, at any time and without prior notice. The application also reserves the right to ban the subscriber and the account from using the application. We may provide the affected party or the responsible entity for combating electronic crimes with the data of our violators. The application assumes no responsibility, provides no guarantees, and no claims for compensation for anything mentioned above. Advertisers or users can register on the application using their mobile phone number and email. Advertisers or users must ensure that their advertisement is in the correct category as classified in the application. Multiple products or services are not allowed in one advertisement, and the item or service must be genuine and not violate any laws of the State of Kuwait. The advertiser or user is fully responsible for any violations without any liability on the part of Car Souq. No user or advertiser is allowed to display goods or services that are not categorized in the application. The advertiser will be deleted, and their account will be banned. Legal action may be taken against the advertiser to protect the rights of the (alharaj) application. The application does not guarantee the ownership rights of the advertisement and images uploaded to the application if used by any other party. The application seeks to make its services available at all times but does not guarantee that the application will work continuously without interruption or be free of errors. We may need to perform maintenance or upgrades without prior notice, and we are not responsible for any temporary interruptions or malfunctions. We reserve the absolute right to change, suspend, or terminate the application without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control. The application may contain links to products, services, or websites owned by third parties not affiliated with us. Therefore, we do not guarantee or assume any responsibility for any damage to the user from these third-party websites. Advertisers cannot claim any compensation or refund for the value of the advertisement in case the advertisement is canceled or withdrawn for any reason before the end of the contracted period or the selected package duration. This also applies to advertising credit and the advertising wallet. The durations for advertisements and values ​​are specified in the application. Special advertising packages may also be detailed by agreement between Car Souq and the advertiser or user. In the case of payment through the application's online system, the user is responsible if there is a malfunction in the payment system, and the application is not responsible for any user losses. Users should refer to their bank for any claims. The winning subscriber's number in the draw will be announced on the application's Instagram page.
